The Sert Studio in the Repsol Guide: the authenticity of intimacy
Teresa Moro, painter and winner of a Pilar Juncosa 2025 training grant, is the author of the article ‘The chambers of wonders of four great artists’ that opens the Repsol Guide website.
The article “Artists’ Workshops You Can Visit: Miró, Manrique, Dalí and Sorolla” highlights four studios or workshops of Spanish artists—Joan Miró, César Manrique, Salvador Dalí and Joaquín Sorolla—that can be visited today and function as “chambers of wonders”: intimate and very personal spaces where they created their works.
The author emphasizes the power of real and authentic experiences over artificial intelligence, immersive exhibitions and 3D tours, encouraging visitors to physically enter these spaces imbued with the charisma, anecdotes and dreams of these four artists with the same attitude as pilgrims would have towards rare and precious relics.
